We are recruiting for a leading national law firm for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join their Development & Regeneration team. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing strategic planning advice and pre-application support
* Working on high profile and regeneration projects including residential, office, logistics, and data centre schemes
* Drafting and negotiating planning and highways agreements
* Acting on contentious matters including planning appeals, judicial reviews, and court proceedings
* Supervising and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives
Experience required:
* Qualified planning lawyer with 6+ years’ PQE
* Proven experience in development and regeneration matters
* Strong client management and team leadership skills
