We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts across your region.
What Youll Be Doing
Manage and grow relationships with a small number of high value Key Accounts in Manufacturing, Construction, Commercial and Packaging sectors.
Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market share
Conduct regular customer meetings, account reviews, and presentations
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring exceptional service levels
Develop strategic plans to increase revenue and reduce seasonal fluctuations
Attend networking events and trade shows to build new relationships and promote products
Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to support business planning
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver on customer requirements
What Were Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience of expanding a set of existing accounts
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Confident communicator with the ability to present to diverse audiences
Self-motivated and well-organised, with strong time management skills
Competent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Full UK driving licence
