What You’ll Do
* As a Maintenance and Grounds Person, you will:
* Carry out grounds maintenance to the highest standards, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting, and general gardening
* Complete property maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, plumbing, painting, and decorating to keep the park and its facilities in excellent condition
* Inspect and maintain hot tubs, ensuring they are cleaned, refilled, and chemicals are checked daily
* Identify and proactively resolve maintenance issues across lodges and communal areas to uphold high presentation standards
* Work within a team to maintain the park’s appearance and functionality, supporting development projects as needed
Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff, guests, and owners
Who We’re Looking For
* We’re seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on team player who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work. Ideally, you’ll have:
* Experience in grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge cutting, and general landscaping
* A practical approach to property maintenance, with skills in basic repairs and upkeep
* A valid full UK driving licence
* Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and a commitment to working safely
* Experience with grounds maintenance equipment is beneficial (spraying or tree work qualifications are a plus, but training will be provided if needed)
