Fostering Team Manager
Salary: £54,000-£59,000
NonStop's client, based in the North West of London, is looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
* Support and lead a team of 5 Social Workers and 1 Practice Manager
* Ensuring the highest standards of care are met
* Maintain quality assurance and compliance while implementing practice improvements
Requirements:
* Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
* Experience as a Team Manager within children's services
* Up to date with current legislation
