 
        
        This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and highly organised legal secretary to join our busy Residential Property Department. As a key member of the team, you will provide vital secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, helping to ensure the efficient management of files and the delivery of outstanding client service. We are seeking a reliable and collaborative individual with exceptional attention to detail, a friendly and professional demeanour, and the ability to manage a varied and fast-paced workload with confidence and efficiency. You will be involved in:
 * Preparing legal documents and correspondence
 * Provide full secretarial assistance
 * Diary management
 * Prepare financial records and assist with distribution of funds
 * Liaise with clients in a professional manner
 * Handling telephone enquiries
 * Maintaining document and file systems
 * Contribute to the smooth running of the department
 * Minimum 2+ years of legal secretarial experience (residential property preferred; full training will be provided)
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 * Experience with legal case management systems (e.g., Partners for Windows) desirable
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
 * Strong client care skills
 * Ability to manage competing priorities
