We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Working Capital Business Development Manager. Global Trade Solutions provides the services and financing our clients need throughout the trade cycle, from the tender process and issuance of a payment order, through to shipment and sales fulfilment. You’ll be responsible for generating new business and for initiating and managing business development initiatives. In this role you’ll: Act as the face of the bank, positioning us as the key Working Capital provider Assist in establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers Assist in the communication of new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers Proactively identifying sales opportunities and develop these opportunities Support plans and strategies to generate new business, as well as increasing revenue for existing business to achieve asset growth, sales or revenue targets Collaborate with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship managers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Previous experience within Relationship Management Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations Excellent interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis upon inspiring, influencing and negotiating in dealing with customers and colleagues Ability to interact and build relationships with business customers at a senior and strategic level Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills Opening up a world of opportunity.
