REQUIREMENTS
8. Proven experience in a B2B sales role is preferred
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
11. Technology fluent: Comfortable adapting to new technologies and leveraging AI in day-to-day work
12. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES
13. Own the outbound engine: Drive high-quality prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
14. Execute ABM strategy: Research accounts, uncover pain points, and engage buying committees
15. Qualify & convert: Book quality discovery meetings based on fit, need, and urgency
16. Leverage tech & AI: Use HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and AI tools to personalise outreach and gain insights
17. Be curious: Understand customer businesses, not just sell services
18. Attend training sessions to continuously develop skills
