Property Account Director (Planning Comms)
Are you an experienced Property Planning Communications Senior Account Manager looking to step up to Account Director? If so, read on!
This firm is a market-leading, independently owned, fast-paced agency passionate about regeneration and place-making. They work with major companies to deliver homes, jobs, and places in London and the South East.
As Account Director, your role is to service your client accounts daily, delivering high-quality activities that demonstrate added value and align with agency objectives.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing, with support, consultation, and corporate communication programs for property, public sector, and corporate clients
* Supporting and briefing client teams
* Keeping up-to-date with planning and property landscape to deliver effective communication activities throughout project timelines
* Preparing client-ready collateral and advising on strategy and program execution
* Organizing public exhibition events, including venue booking, distribution maps, Q&As, and stakeholder contact programs
* Mentoring junior consultants and acting as their day-to-day contact
* Overseeing projects to ensure high-quality content from team members
* Understanding the commercial drivers for clients and the business
* Managing client/project budgets
Emerging skills to become a Senior Account Manager:
* Managing project costs and preparing content for invoicing
* Understanding key client stakeholders
* Delivering creative ideas and insights, identifying growth opportunities
* Mentoring team members and developing skills
* Participating in training programs
* Developing strategic roles and advising on project risks and opportunities
