We are currently seeking to recruit an Events Manager to join the Commercial Training team at Stellantis Performance Academy in Coventry.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the end‑to‑end design, planning, and delivery of high‑impact automotive training and engagement events across multiple Stellantis brands.

This is a hands‑on, decision‑owning role. The postholder will take concepts and objectives and turn them into fully delivered, high‑quality live experiences with minimal supervision. Strategic direction and oversight will be provided, but this role exists to remove pressure, not add it. The Events Manager will be trusted to make informed decisions, manage stakeholders confidently, and ensure that events run professionally, safely, on time, and on brand.

You will ensure every event is delivered with confidence, consistency, and professionalism. Taking charge and owning the outcome, you will drive each event to success. This role calls for a proactive leader who thrives on decision‑making and delivering results – coordination alone is not enough.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

* Act as the primary point of contact for venues, hotels, suppliers, and onsite crews
* Build strong working relationships that enable delivery without constant escalation
* Work confidently with internal stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations

Health, Safety & Compliance

* Own risk assessments and compliance documentationactual
Jane Maintain a safe environment for staff, delegates, and visitors at all times

Vehicle, Site & Asset Oversight

* Coordinate the use of training and event vehicles where required

* Support the delivery of a professional, high‑quality onsite experience at the Performance Academy

* Track event budgets, costs, and supplier invoices
* Work closely with finance to ensure accurate and timely settlement
