ROLE PURPOSE
Key duties & responsibilities
* Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans aligned with transformation objectives.
* Identify risks, resistance points and readiness gaps; implement targeted mitigations.
* Partner with project teams and internal comms to integrate change and communication plans.
* Engage stakeholders at all levels to build understanding, ownership and advocacy.
* Create compelling narratives and communication assets using visual and digital tools.
* Assess change impacts and organisational readiness, reporting progress and adoption rates.
* Design and coordinate training and capability-building interventions with IT & P&C
* Measure and track change success, ensuring initiatives are embedded and sustained
* Apply agile and adaptive approaches, refining plans based on feedback and data.
* Collaborate across business, IT and HR to ensure alignment and cohesive delivery.
Experience & qualifications
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience delivering structured change in complex transformation environments.
* Knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci, APMG, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.).
* Familiarity with project methodologies such as MSP, Agile or Prince2.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation.
* Strong written, visual and digital communication skills.
* Proficient in creative tools (Canva, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, video editing).
* Analytical mindset with ability to measure adoption and impact.
* High emotional intelligence, adaptability and resilience.
* Confident working across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder groups.
