Responsibilities
Create detailed mechanical drawings—from 3D models to 2D general arrangements, plot plans, and pipework designs.
You will be supporting laser scanning and site surveys, and prepares key schedules like line, valve, and tie-in point lists for smooth project flow.
Working closely with clients and colleagues to keep everything moving forward, offering hands-on help during installation and staying engaged through regular meetings.
Whether it’s behind the scenes or on-site, we’re here to make sure every step of your mechanical services project is clear, coordinated, and successful.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
* Work on a pharmaceutical site (HORUS clearance required)
* HNC in a related field; professional membership a plus
* 5+ years’ experience in mechanical design and 3D modelling
* Confident with pipe specs and design constraints
* Familiar with laser scanning, site surveys, fabrication, and pressure vessel codes
* Skilled in AutoCAD, CADWorx/Plant3D, and Microsoft tools
* Embraces innovation and tracks project hours and progress
