As the General Manager of The Gin Trap Inn, you will lead and inspire both the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to deliver exceptional service, while ensuring smooth operations and meeting financial goals. Oversee the guest experience, ensuring all aspects of the restaurant/hotel are enjoyable. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Manage wet stock and cash, ensuring financial performance exceeds expectations. Cultivate a positive, motivated work environment for all staff members.
