The Role
* Lead and develop a successful Music department across KS3 and KS4.
* Oversee the delivery of music lessons, ensuring engaging and inspiring content.
* Develop and manage curriculum, organising performances and enrichment opportunities.
* Drive high standards of teaching and learning throughout the department.
* Demonstrate strong classroom practitioner skills and genuine passion for music education.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as a music teacher, ideally with leadership experience.
* Strong leadership and classroom management skills.
* Passion for music education and commitment to student development.
Eligibility
Open to experienced music teachers. The role requires the ability to lead a department and provide excellent musical instruction.
