Hours: Mon-Fri (35 hrs) (8am-4pm) or (9am-5pm)
Job Spec:
1. Respond promptly to inbound calls from clients, addressing queries with empathy and providing clear updates on claim progress.
2. Initiate outbound calls to clients as needed to deliver updates or request additional information required for claim advancement.
3. Resend secure links to clients for signatures, identification documents, or other necessary requests in a considerate manner.
4. Monitor client inboxes diligently, actioning emails efficiently and ensuring all correspondence is handled professionally.
5. Upload client documents received via email into the case management system accurately and securely.
6. Log detailed notes from every client interaction into the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
7. Identify when claim status changes are necessary based on client interactions and update the system accordingly.
8. Review pending cancellations regularly to ensure they have been managed appropriately and in line with company procedures.
9. Ensure all communications always adhere strictly to GDPR and Data Protection Act regulations.
