Stevenage MBDA's Data Link Centre of Excellence systems design team are looking for a Systems Engineer to lead the delivery of cutting edge Data Link electronics.
Salary: Up to £50k depending on experience bonus benefits.

This role is not only about delivering solutions but also about driving transformation, personal growth, and expanding influence over our products.
System design activities, working alongside subject-matter experts in data link design Verification and Validation: develop comprehensive strategies for verifying and validating the electrical, mechanical, software, and transversal properties the Data Link.
System Certification support: work alongside the Equipment Design Authority and Test & Evaluation team to provide assurance and certification evidence of the Data Link to facilitate equipment delivery.
Strong systems engineering experience (ideally in a complex hardware, firmware and software system) Experience of Model-Based Systems Engineering / SysML and use of Systems Engineering Tools such as IBM DOORS and Rhapsody.
A desire to develop and grow your systems engineering skills, and to improve the system engineering methods used within the team.
Experience of managing engineering work packages to deliver value outcomes, including co-ordination of other engineering teams and SMEs.
