This role will be to provide 1:1 support through Access to Work for a Inclusion and Attendance Specialist within the Access and Inclusion Service. This will involve:
- Support with travel to and from schools and office bases. Car insurance for work purposes, mileage, parking charges will all be reimbursed.
- Supporting during school visits with accessing the room, setting up the meeting/activity, minute taking, action/next steps forming, and ending/leaving the meeting.
- Support to attend team meetings, meetings, and planning activities within office settings, including access to the meeting, well being support, minute taking, action/next step forming, and ending/leaving the session.
- Providing wellbeing support throughout the day, ensuring the wellness recovery plan actions for PA are followed, breaks are taken, and flexible working agreements are embedded.
- Support daily through 1:1 teams calls or face to face meetings to manage diary appointments, workload prioritisation, booking appointments, support with information processing and ensuring actions from meetings are completed in a timely manner in line with compliance.
- Attending face-to-face and online meetings and training with the specialist to ensure the content is understood, key elements are embedded, and next steps are actioned.
- Support with emails to understand content, process expectations, and ensure actions/follow up are completed.
- Sending and receiving emails on the specialist’s behalf to arrange meetings, sessions, and activities.
- Support with processing workload, expectations, and activity.
- Recording of involvements and contacts using the Capita ONE recording system.
The successful applicant will work 30 hours (Monday-Thursday) and have experience in using Microsoft applications and minuting complex meetings.
