You will be supporting the team with mainly data entry tasks and making sure all systems and data are up to date and accurate. Hours: Monday to Thursday (8 to 4/9 to 5/10 to 6) Pay: £12.36 per hour (BAND 2) Responsibilities: Data Management: Input and update client, equipment, and stock records with accuracy. Reporting: Generate regular reports on service usage, inventory levels, and equipment performance. Procurement Support: Maintain purchase records and assist in ordering equipment and supplies. Compliance: Ensure all data and records comply with confidentiality and data protection regulations. System Updates: Maintain and improve database accuracy, ensuring records are always current. Administrative Support: Assist internal teams with documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping tasks.
