Location: Cambridge (Remote and 1x per month in the Office)
Client Profile:
Origin Multilingual is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a leader in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time, permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering inbound and outbound calls, ensuring top-quality service for customers
* Adding value during each customer interaction and demonstrating product knowledge
* Handling orders and bookings via calls
* Building rapport with customers professionally
* Maintaining extensive knowledge of all product ranges
* Managing B2B and B2C calls
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
* Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude
* Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* A passion for delivering high-quality service
Work Schedule
Rotating weekly schedules with varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and Saturdays, aligned with UK time zones.
