This is a fixed term role until July 2027, with the potential to extend.Your OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact communications, marketing, and engagement strategies that support teacher development across Initial Teacher Training (ITT), the Early Career Framework (ECF), and National Professional Qualifications for education leaders (NPQs).GLF Teaching School Hub works with over 400 schools, supporting teacher professional development, offering the chance to collaborate with schools and wider education partners from across the region.Working closely with the Teaching School Hub leadership team, you will:Lead and deliver innovative, multi-channel marketing campaignsManage and develop digital platforms, including website and social mediaDrive recruitment and engagement across our programmesBuild strong relationships with schools, trusts and external partnersUse data and insight to evaluate impact and inform strategyThis role would suit someone with strong communication skills, digital expertise and a passion for education, partnership working and impact at scale.
