Our client, a well-established and respected labour provider within the GLAA-regulated recruitment sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead business development and drive commercial growth.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially focused individual with a proven track record of winning new business, building strategic partnerships, and growing revenue within the recruitment and labour supply industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the companys sales and growth strategy.
* Generate new business opportunities across GLAA-regulated sectors.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities within food manufacturing, agriculture, warehousing, logistics, and related sectors.
* Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
* Work closely with operational and compliance teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Achieve agreed revenue and growth targets.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience as a Sales Director, Commercial Director, Business Development Director, or Senior Business Development Manager.
* Strong background working within a GLAA-regulated recruitment agency or labour provider.
* Demonstrable success in securing and growing recruitment contracts.
* Established network within the labour supply, food production, logistics, or agricultural sectors.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
