Service Advisor
Commercial Main Dealer based in the Sittingbourne area is looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join its expanding aftersales team.
No weekends. Monday to Friday only, with shift patterns of either 7:00‑am to 5:00‑pm or 7:30‑am to 5:30‑pm.
Basic salary £28,000‑30,000, with On‑Target Earnings (OTE) £34,000‑36,000.
Team: 2 Service Advisors, 9 Technicians, 1 Parts Advisor.
Responsibilities
* Booking vehicles into the workshop
* Managing customer communication throughout the repair process
* Liaising with the workshop and parts department
* Upselling additional work where appropriate
* Delivering excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
Requirements
Automotive experience is not essential.
