Job description
This role focuses on developing and expanding a recruitment desk, delivering Client Representatives, and prior experience in this field is essential. You’ll work closely with existing clients, identifying and building relationships with new contacts within their organizations, while also actively sourcing and securing new business opportunities.
Operating in a global market, you’ll be required to manage and balance client needs while liaising with internal support teams on compliance, tax, and regulatory matters. Your ability to coordinate effectively across functions will be key to your success.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the primary point of contact for both clients and the professionals engaged on their projects. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales capability, and operational excellence.

Job requirements
* Proven track record in 360 recruitment and business development delivering various types of Client Representatives, and experience placing contract professionals.
* Strong knowledge of the sales lifecycle and the ability to generate new business leads.
* Deep understanding of market trends and developments within your sector.
* Experience managing day-to-day operations for an active client portfolio.
* Demonstrated success in developing accounts and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
* Responsible for maintaining and increasing gross margin across your accounts.
* Ability to oversee internal processes and ensure smooth delivery operations.
* Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and face-to-face.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage your own workload effectively.
* Skilled in relationship-building, negotiating, and conflict resolution with clients and candidates.
* Commercially astute, with a clear focus on delivering results and driving growth.
