The Role
You will take full ownership of the kitchen, leading a professional brigade and delivering consistently high standards across all services. The role involves menu development, cost control, supplier relationships, and close collaboration with senior leadership to elevate the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
* Create and execute seasonal menus
* Manage food costs, GP, and ordering
* Maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards
* Work closely with suppliers and producers
* Ensure consistency, quality, and pace across service
The Ideal Profile
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a premium or high-volume restaurant
* Strong leadership presence and communication skills
* Excellent technical foundations with a modern approach
* Commercially aware with strong kitchen systems knowledge
* Passion for guest-focused, high-quality dining
* Fine dining background highly advantageous (French influence a plus)
