Duties:
12. Conduct roadside repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models in a mobile capacity
13. Diagnose electrical, diagnostic, and mechanical issues efficiently to determine appropriate repairs
14. Manage your own tools and ensure your van is stocked and ready for each call-out
15. Provide exceptional customer service, supporting motorists in stressful situations
16. Maintain accurate reports of repairs and diagnostics, ensuring compliance with company standards
17. Embrace flexible working hours and be prepared for overnight stays if required when travelling to different locations
18. Support the company's reputation by delivering professional, reliable roadside assistance at all times
Requirements:
19. Valid Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
20. Proven technical ability with strong diagnostic and electrical skills
21. Experience working as a mobile mechanic or roadside assistance technician
22. Full UK driving licence with a clean record
23. Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
24. Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations
25. Flexible approach with willingness to travel and stay away overnight if necessary
