To be a successful Secondary teacher you will need to:
1. Be a Qualified Teacher holding QTS with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education
2. Have the ability and experience of working in a KS3 - KS5 setting.
3. Inspire and have a passion to educate.
4. Be adaptable to all working surroundings.
