Plumber Social Housing & Public Buildings
Derby
£17.01 per hour
Monday to Friday | 8:00am 4:00pm
We are recruiting an experienced Plumber to join a busy Capital Works / Property Maintenance team delivering repairs, refurbishments, and new works across housing stock, schools, and public buildings.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Carrying out general plumbing repairs and maintenance
* Installing new plumbing systems and components as required
* Working within occupied properties and liaising with customers
* Completing job paperwork electronically or manually
* Maintaining accurate records for time, materials, and work completed
* Supporting other trades where required
* Mentoring apprentices when needed

Essential Requirements
1. Relevant plumbing experience (repairs, maintenance, installation)
