What you will do
* Deliver engaging training, coaching and assessment up to Level 5
* Support learners to build confidence, skills and professional behaviours
* Plan and review Individual Learning Plans to track progress and success
* Provide clear, constructive feedback to keep learners motivated
* Build strong relationships with both learners and employers
* Manage your own caseload, diary and learner documentation
* Ensure all assessment and learning activity is accurately recorded and compliant
* Use digital tools and systems to enhance learning and track progress
* Work closely with colleagues to maintain quality and consistency
This is a field‑based role across South Wales, meaning you’ll regularly visit learners in their workplace and bring learning to life in real‑world settings.
ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners; the ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.

What we’re looking for
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ occupational experience working in a senior role within a Health and Social Care setting.
Qualifications & Knowledge: Minimum Level 3 occupational based qualification or equivalent (Health & Social Care), good level of IT, literacy and numeracy, and an assessor qualification or willingness to work towards one.
Skills & Attributes:
* Excellent IT skills with programmes such as Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
* Willingness to undertake personal and professional development in relation to your role and business needs
* Team player with ability to work on own initiative
* Proven track record of meeting targets
* Ability to develop others
