Our Team Managers have the operation nailed. They are responsible for driving results through their teams, ensuring engagement, effective management, and productivity. The role is fast-paced and ever-changing—are you up for the challenge?

Reporting to the Department Manager, key responsibilities include:

* Monitoring and driving KPIs, taking action to meet targets daily and weekly
* Setting performance targets, reviewing progress, and creating action plans for improvement, including cost reduction and standard enhancement
* Identifying solutions and driving continuous improvement strategies
* Spotting and developing talent through coaching and guidance
* Looking after colleague welfare and improving attendance standards
* Allocating tasks and conducting daily shift briefs


About you

In addition to a strong work ethic, you will have:

* Management or supervisory experience in a large-scale production environment, ideally in food manufacturing
* The ability to challenge decisions and behaviors to ensure consistent service to customers, with strong problem-solving skills
* A proven track record in people management and delivering results through a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Assertiveness and the ability to make decisions on the spot
* A can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
* Understanding of cost models, experience with budget control, and knowledge of pest control management
