Head of B2B Travel & MICE Sales – UK, Ireland & Nordics

Luxury Tour Operator | London / Hybrid

Our client is a highly regarded luxury tour operator specialising in premium all-inclusive holidays across the globe. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced and driven Head of B2B Travel & MICE Sales to strengthen their brand presence across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics, while leading and developing a high-performing sales team.

Head of B2B travel & MICE Sales Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy for Trade, OTAs and MICE across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.

Build strong commercial partnerships with travel agents, consortia, TMCs and corporate event clients.

Drive e-distribution performance, including OTAs and API-led channels.

Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing sales and events team.

Oversee event production to ensure excellence in quality, budget management and timely delivery.

Work closely with marketing and wider internal teams to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.

Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events and client meetings as required.

Head of B2B travel & MICE Sales Experience

Proven experience in a senior B2B or Trade Sales role within the travel industry.

Strong leadership credentials with the ability to mentor and motivate a high-achieving team.

Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Well-connected within the travel trade across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.

Confident using digital sales tools (e.g., PowerBI, Salesforce, Coupa).

Solid understanding of OTA and API distribution models.

Head of B2B travel & MICE Sales Additional Info:

Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the London office, 2 days from home.
