Join Mitie as an Asbestos Bulk Analyst located in Cardiff. The role requires 40 hours per week.
Role Responsibilities
* Analyse bulk samples in accordance with Asbestos: The Analyst's Guide (HSG 248).
* Book in samples received from site and complete all associated data entry on TEAMS.
* Complete certificates of analysis and close completed work within required timescales.
* Ensure laboratory cleanliness, security of equipment and accurate record keeping at all times.
* Maintain technical compliance, following company procedures and supporting internal and external audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
* BOHS P401 or equivalent recognised qualification.
* BOHS Certificate of Competence in Asbestos (CoCA) or RSPH Asbestos Bulk Analysis (PLM).
* RSPH Level 4 Certificate in Asbestos and Project Management (desirable).
