Duties for the role of Architect include:
* Help deliver projects from inception through to completion
* Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
* Produce detailed drawing packages and specifications
* Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and other internal and external team members
Skills and experience for the role of Architect:
* ARB registered
* Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
* Strong design and drawing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
