The role In your new role as a HR Coordinator, you will be supporting a dynamic and fast-paced London office by offering hands-on support on the full employee lifecycle and HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Completing all HR related tasks for all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Maintaining and updating HR systems and personnel records accurately and confidentially.Supporting the HR compliance activities including audits.Preparing and issuing offer letters.Coordinating all onboarding and induction processes.Assisting HR Manager with Employee relations matters.Overseeing and supporting two junior members of HR team. In order to be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience working as an HR Coordinator within the legal industry.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Competent on all Microsoft Office applications.
