Adult Social Worker – Community Development Team
Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for an Adult Social Worker within the Community Development Team to work full time based in Southend.
The salary for this permanent Adult Social Worker job is up to £40,478 per annum.

* Be responsible for prioritising your work and ensuring you have sufficient capacity to effectively mange your workload.
* Be willing to develop your strengths and abilities to ensure you feel inspired and able to take on the complexities of social work practice.
* The successful candidate may be required to work in a variety of Social Work teams depending on the business need.
Requirements of this role:
* Social work qualification with registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in managing social work caseloads and supervising others.
* Experience of community and/or group work.
* Knowledge of children’s health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation.
