Location: Cambridge, UK (remote)


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market share objectives for Biosimilars products.
* Regularly visit relevant target physician groups to discuss the Biosimilars product portfolio.
* Implement marketing and sales campaigns as well as go-to-market activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement managers.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal use of Biosimilars products.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and support for key accounts.
* Develop and support key accounts in your area, ensuring cross-functional cooperation.
* Maintain contacts with relevant target groups during congresses, symposia, and other marketing events.
* Organize and run events to promote Biosimilars products.
* Acquire and maintain relationships with regional opinion leaders in relevant indications.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and value of Biosimilars products.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Attend industry conferences, seminars, and events to stay informed about the latest developments in the Biosimilars market.


Experience & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on Biosimilars/Biologics or Specialty Branded Rx.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
* Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system and pharmaceutical market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
