Sales Leader – Brighton Branch | IT Services & Connectivity


Lead the growth of a high-performing technical sales team and drive business success across the South Coast!


A leading provider of connected cloud and IT services is seeking a commercially driven Sales Leader to take charge of their Brighton branch. This is a strategic opportunity to shape regional sales performance, manage a skilled technical account management team, and act as a local branch lead within a nationwide organisation.


East-Sussex | Hybrid with UK-wide travel

Competitive base salary (£80-90k) + commission + company car + private healthcare


The Opportunity…

You’ll be at the forefront of regional growth—leading a team of Technical Account Managers, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key clients. Acting as the local branch leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning commercial goals with exceptional technical service delivery.


What You’ll Be Doing…

* Leading and mentoring the Technical Account Management team, ensuring strong performance, growth and professional development
* Driving new business across the region—engaging with prospects, identifying opportunities and winning strategic accounts
* Acting as the East Sussex branch leader, representing the office in national discussions and aligning with group-wide objectives
* Collaborating closely with the technical services team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
* Developing and executing a sales strategy that achieves and exceeds revenue targets
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and account growth
* Utilising Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records
* Travelling across the UK to visit clients and other branches to maintain strong relationships and share best practices


What You’ll Bring…

* Proven experience in a sales leadership or business development role within the IT services or connectivity space
* Strong team leadership capabilities with a background in managing technical or commercial teams
* A technical understanding that allows you to collaborate effectively with service delivery teams
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-driven and organised, with a clear focus on achieving business growth
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
* Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
* Degree in Business, IT, or a related field is a plus
