We are looking for an additional Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the curriculum and enable them to fully access learning and participate in school life.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build positive working relationships with pupils
2. Provide support within the classroom and wider school environment
3. Support engagement with learning activities, adapting tasks where necessary
4. Work closely with pupils, other teaching assistants, teaching staff, the SENCo, and external professionals
5. Lead a coaching circle of ten pupils twice a week (full training will be provided)
6. Run clubs and interventions as required
7. Be flexible in supporting the wider school, including supervising or covering lessons if required
