👩⚕️ About the Role
You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
Your role will include:
1. Following daily planners to ensure consistent support
2. Assisting with financial expenditure
3. Supporting with personal care
4. Domestic tasks and household support
5. Administration of medication
A particularly rewarding part of the role is supporting individuals to take part in activities within their local community, promoting confidence, independence and social inclusion.
⏰ Shifts
Candidates must be flexible and able to cover:
6. Days
7. Evenings
8. Weekends
9. Waking nights
🚗 Drivers preferred but not essential
🔒 An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
