An established healthcare manufacturer is looking to recruit an Industrialisation Engineer to support the transition of new products from design to full-scale production. This hands-on, cross-functional role offers the opportunity to work across engineering, R&D, and manufacturing functions to ensure new medical devices are delivered to market efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all design transfer activities from concept to production Support the development and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver production-ready solutions Prepare and maintain quality and technical documentation in line with regulatory requirements Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations Essential Requirements: Degree (or equivalent) in engineering or related discipline Experience in a similar manufacturing or industrialisation role Proficient in 2D/3D CAD Strong project management and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence Desirable Experience: Working knowledge of ISO 13485 or other regulated environments Experience with automation, robotics, web handling, or polymer processing Hands-on experience in process validation and capability studies Background in sourcing and commissioning production equipment In return for a brilliant salary, bonuses, wellbeing programme, health care plan, pension, life Assurance and lots more!
