We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the evolution of Wilkinson Sword Intuition across Europe. This role will shape and execute the brand vision, creating compelling campaigns across all consumer touchpoints to increase penetration and grow market presence.
Reporting to the Marketing Director for Europe, the Head of Brand for Europe is responsible for the brand's performance, measured by market share and revenue growth, and for strengthening the consumer franchise. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, senior leaders, R&D, and the European Leadership Team.
Primary responsibilities include leading brand strategy, Innovation Roadmap, and delivering the annual strategic plan for the brand.

Here’s what you’ll do:
* Define brand positioning and strategy to achieve growth across Europe and translate the long-term strategy into annual local plans.
* Collaborate with local marketing teams to assess brand performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Use consumer, shopper, and customer insights to inform strategies, plans, and campaigns.
* Create impactful brand communications throughout the consumer journey.
* Lead the Innovation agenda to unlock future growth opportunities.
* Coach and develop marketing teams and lead cross-functional teams in Media & Digital, Innovation, Revenue Growth, and Portfolio Management.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional with significant FMCG or Cosmetics industry experience. Passion for making useful things joyful is highly valued.
Requirements include:
* Extensive marketing experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods, Personal Care, or Beauty.
* Experience leading regional brands, strategic planning, and marketing mix management.
* Proven ability to manage strategic marketing, communications, media relations, and marketing programs.
* Experience managing teams within a matrix organization, with successful goal achievement.
* Experience working with creative and media agencies, crafting briefs, and executing strategies.
* Strong creative and analytical skills, understanding budgets, costs, and data analysis.
* Financial acumen and ability to influence commercial performance through data-driven decisions.
* Fluency in English and proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
