The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to manage a full caseload of employment matters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, managing files from initial instruction to resolution • Prepare and negotiate a variety of complex legal documents, including employment contracts, staff handbooks, restrictive covenants, and settlement agreements • Actively contribute to the firm's growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships and participating in networking events, seminars, or legal briefing updates • Keep clients informed of significant changes in employment legislation and case law, ensuring their internal policies and practices remain legally compliant and commercially sound
About You
My client is looking for a qualified solicitor and is open to the amount of PQE in employment law. You will have a proven track record of managing a caseload and supervision will be provided as required.
The ideal candidate will also possess: • Strong communication skills • The ability to work well as part of a team • The initiative to work independently with appropriate support • IT literacy • A desire to develop personally and professionally
