What You’ll Be Doing
* Support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum
* Provide general support for the class or 1:1 or small group support, tailoring your approach to each child’s needs
* Help create a calm, inclusive environment where pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to learn
* Assist with classroom routines, behaviour support, and safeguarding
* Encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child you work with

What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone with a calm, adaptable approach and a genuine love for supporting children:
* Experience working with children (in schools or similar settings)
* Team spirit and a proactive, positive mindset
* A clear understanding of safeguarding and behaviour support
* Bonus if you’ve worked as a TA before—but we welcome career changers and new starters too!
Desirable Skills and Extras
* Experience supporting learners with SEND
* First Aid certification or Thrive training
* A relevant TA qualification (not essential, but a nice bonus)
