Role: Quality and Clinical Director
Location: North England
Salary: £90,000–£100,000
We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Quality and Clinical Director to lead and enhance quality within a respected care organisation.
About the Role:
You will:
Lead a team of 5 individuals within the quality department
Be hands-on, visiting care homes 3 days per week to carry out audits, lead on action plans, support CQC inspections, and chair/attend key meetings
Oversee and drive the implementation of a newly amended quality assurance programme with a view to review and renew in the New Year
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience delivering quality improvement at a senior level
Strong background in social care
Deep understanding of CQC standards, governance, and regulatory frameworks within the care sector
Confident, proactive leadership style with an ability to influence and drive change across services
