Overview
Registered Nurse - Biologics role at NHS Scotland. The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care to deliver high quality care to patients.
Responsibilities
* Assess care needs and develop programmes of care, and implement and evaluate these programmes to ensure delivery of high quality patient care.
* Carry out relevant forms of care without direct supervision. May demonstrate procedures to and supervise registered and/or unregistered staff, as well as student nurses.
What you’ll need to bring
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
* Rheumatology and Cannulation skills are essential
* Excellent team working skills with the ability to work using own initiative
* Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent time management skills
* Working knowledge of basic information technology
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
Nice to have
* Knowledge of rheumatology conditions and medications

* 30 hours
Note: this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Rheumatology within NHS Lanarkshire.
