We’re seeking a Marketing Content & Campaigns Manager to join a global brand delivering the next generation of technology-driven products. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll plan and run integrated B2B campaigns across multiple global personas.
The Role:
* Lead end-to-end campaign delivery — from planning through to execution and optimisation
* Translate complex tech/data solutions into compelling messaging for global audiences
* Create sales enablement content and co-branded materials to support the full buyer journey
* Use HubSpot to build, segment, and optimise campaigns (essential skill)
* Work with paid/organic channels, reporting, and data to drive measurable results
* Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to take products to market
* Manage relationships with external specialist agencies (PR, events, marcomms)
* Be agile — able to pivot campaigns quickly based on performance and insight
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong background in B2B tech/SaaS marketing (essential)
* End-to-end campaign management experience, ideally across global markets
* Self-sufficient, delivery-focused, and comfortable in a complex environment
* Creative in campaign development, but equally strong with reporting and data
* Excellent stakeholder and cross-team collaboration skills
The Team & Opportunity:
* 15-person marketing team (mix of contractors and civil servants)
* Energetic culture with clear marketing strategy already signed off
* Significant opportunity to upskill the team while driving measurable results
* Role unlikely to disappear (long-term need expected, 2–3 years)
* 6 months initially, with every chance of extension
* Inside IR35
* 2 days/week on-site in Somerset (non-negotiable)
