Catering Supervisor – Newry
Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Rate: £12.75 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day operations within our Dining Room, Coffee Bar, and Dishwash Area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer‑service experience who enjoys working in a busy, service‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily catering operations across all service areas
2. Support and lead catering staff to ensure high standards of service
3. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout all catering zones
4. Ensure excellent customer and/or patient experience at all times
5. Coordinate with team members and management to ensure smooth service delivery
Essential Criteria
6. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer or patient service role
7. Experience gained within a Healthcare environment or the Hospitality industry
8. Strong communication and organisational skills
9. Ability to lead a team and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
