We're looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT services team, providing high-quality technical support across a range of systems and technologies. Key Responsibilities Act as an escalation point for 1st Line queries, resolving complex issues efficiently. Support and administer Windows desktop and server environments. Troubleshoot Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and basic networking problems. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals. Provide remote and on-site support to users across multiple locations. Document solutions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to knowledge sharing. Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations. What You'll Bring 2 years' experience in an IT support role, ideally with exposure to 2nd line responsibilities. Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, O365, AD). Familiarity with networking fundamentals (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs). Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. A proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. Full UK driving licence (occasional travel may be required). Benefits Salary up to £35,000 (DOE).
