Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer responsibilites involve developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting product launches, and driving lean improvements for quality and productivity.
The engineer collaborates cross-functionally to help processes, lead root cause analyses, and provide training and support to production teams.
1. Develop and improve manufacturing processes for product launches and upgrades.
2. Review prints and evaluate designs for manufacturability and cost.
3. Lead root cause analysis and apply corrective actions.
4. Work with teams to manage equipment changes and resolve issues.
5. Train and support production staff to maintain smooth operations.

9. Ability to read and interpret engineering prints.
10. Experience with SolidWorks and standard business software
