You will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our Cake and Healthier Snacks categories, ensuring a category-led approach to brand development and commercial decision-making. Responsible for developing and implementing the Category Strategy, you’ll work closely with the Sales team and key customers to deliver category-specific plans, leveraging market data and insight to drive growth, influence shopper behaviour and deliver against budgeted targets. Key Responsibilities : Lead and embed the Category Vision, growth drivers and merchandising principles Develop and deliver the annual Category Plan aligned to company and channel strategy Work with Sales and customers to deliver category-specific plans across all channels Lead category-based Joint Business Plans with key customers Provide insight-led recommendations on range, distribution, merchandising and promotions Own market data and insights, translating them into clear commercial actions We offer a flexible hybrid working model, typically 3 days on site and 2 days working from home, supporting a healthy balance between collaboration and flexibility.
