What you'll be doing:
* Leading and coordinating engineering activities across multiple disciplines.
* Driving the delivery of technical solutions to time, cost, and quality targets.
* Managing engineering resources, schedules, and reporting.
* Developing specifications, documentation, and bid inputs.
* Supporting design, test, and verification phases of projects.
* Promoting best practice and continuous improvement across engineering processes.
What you'll need:
* Strong background in electrical or electronic engineering (Degree, HND or equivalent).
* Experience with CE/UKCA directives, EMC, electrical safety, and related standards.
* Solid understanding of system engineering principles and lifecycle processes.
* Proven ability to plan, deliver, and report on engineering work packages.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence leading technical discussions.
* Eligibility to obtain full UK Security Clearance (SC).
