As Consumer Growth & Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in scaling our direct‑to‑consumer marketing engine - helping more people with diabetes discover, request and benefit from Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM). This role sits at the heart of our growth agenda and works closely with digital, brand, commercial and agency partners to deliver measurable impact. You’ll join a collaborative, high‑performing team that values curiosity, accountability and smart decision‑making. Flex Workplace: This full‑time role operates on a flex/hybrid model with three days per week in our Bracknell (Maxis) office - designed to maximise collaboration, fast decision-making and executional momentum. You must live within commuting distance. Where you come in: You’ll lead and optimise Dexcom’s consumer growth activity across the UK & Ireland, with a strong focus on performance marketing, acquisition efficiency and conversion. You will: Develop and deliver direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) marketing plans that drive acquisition, engagement and online revenue. Own paid media activity across channels such as TV/BVOD, Meta, Google and programmatic, working closely with agency partners. Optimise the end‑to‑end consumer journey, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, reduce friction and increase performance. Use data and insight to track performance, evaluate results and continuously improve outcomes. Partner on brand, content, CRM and community activations to ensure activity supports growth objectives. Operate confidently within regulated and compliance‑led environments, ensuring all activity meets required standards. What makes you successful: You bring a strong performance mindset and experience turning marketing investment into measurable outcomes. You have: Proven experience in consumer, performance or growth marketing, ideally within DTC or eCommerce. Hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns and working with agencies. A solid understanding of acquisition metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion and funnel performance. Experience using data to guide decisions and prioritise optimisation. Confidence working across teams and explaining performance clearly to stakeholders. Experience in regulated categories (such as healthcare) is beneficial but not essential. Strong growth marketers with transferable experience will be supported to build healthcare‑specific expertise.
